We understand that schedules change, therefore we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window may result in being charged a cancellation fee at your next appointment.
If the cancellation policy is violated 3 or more times, we may decline any future service requests or we may request that the service be paid in full when scheduling an appointment.
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
